BFR Session
When you walk into my space for a Biodynamic Fascia Reset session, you’re stepping into a quiet, safe place where your body is truly heard. BFR is not a massage, and it’s not about forcing your body to change. Instead, it’s a gentle, listening approach that invites your fascia—the connective tissue network that surrounds every muscle, organ, and nerve—to soften, open, and return to its natural balance.
I don’t stretch, pull, or push your fascia. Through light, sustained contact, I create the conditions for your body to choose to release what it’s been holding—whether that’s tension, old patterns, or the lingering echo of stress.
During your session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable table. I will place my hands lightly on specific points that help your fascia (the body’s connective tissue network) relax and reset. This light touch signals your nervous system to shift from “fight or flight” into “rest and repair,” which can reduce pain, improve movement, and create a deep sense of relief.
The intention of this treatment is to gently encourage the body’s own self-healing and self-regulating capabilities as well as boosting mental wellness. This is done in the most non-invasive way.
From the external point of view everything looks almost unnoticeable . But internally you can feel a whole spectrum of sensations: tingling in the limbs, trembling, desire to laugh or cry, warmth or cold, numbness or internal pressure.
Some clients feel a melting inside. Others sense warmth, lightness, or a gentle ripple of change. Some sessions are quiet and some involve dialogue. Sometimes the shifts are subtle, like a soft dawn; other times they are vivid and immediate. However it unfolds, it is always your body leading the way.
At the end of the session you will receive some recommendation about what can be done to help your body to continue the self-restoring process between the treatments.
Some people feel results during the first session — less pain, easier movement, more energy. For others, changes are more gradual as the body unwinds layer by layer.
Before you arrive, dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol right before the session. Come with an open mind and no pressure to “make something happen” — the gentler your expectations, the deeper your body can relax. Afterward, try to keep your schedule light, letting your system integrate without hurry.

Take BFR sessions in a course
When pain or restriction has been part of your life for years — sometimes even decades — it’s important to remember that your body didn’t get this way overnight. Old injuries, accumulated stress, emotional holding patterns, and postural habits can create deep layers of tension in your fascia. These layers take time to soften, unwind, and restore balance.
BFR is a gentle, non-invasive process that encourages your body to release these restrictions at its own pace. In the same way that it takes time to untangle a knotted rope without breaking its fibers, it takes patience to allow the fascia to reorganize without forcing or shocking the system.
For this reason, we recommend taking sessions in a series — often 10 or more — especially for clients who have lived with chronic discomfort. This creates a steady rhythm for your body to adapt, integrate changes, and maintain progress between visits.

Good day everyone!
I had a lot of pain in my lower back, sacrum and legs when walking.
I love to walk, so I tried to get rid of this pain.
I have tried different types of massage. It helped, but not for long.
I came to the session unexpectedly. I decided to have a trial session and to see what would I feel .
I was surprised - such light touches and the body began to be freed from such tensions that I did not even suspect.
