Where There is Breath                    There is Life

Water

Did you know that there is an organ hiding in plain sight inside your body? In fact , it’s the largest organ in your body , running from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. It weaves around and through every single structure in your body. Virtually everything you do , from walking to running a marathon to recovering from an injury, involves this organ.
Yet there’s a good chance you’ve never heard of it.
This organ is your fascia - the least studied, least appreciated organ in the body -  and if you’ve never heard about it, you’re not alone. In fact, it’s the organ that doctors barely study in medical school.
It’s true that you ( and your doctors) do know about bits and pieces of fascia: for instance, the tendons in your arm, the membranes that surround your brain, and the plantar fascia in your feet. But here’s what nearly everyone , including doctors, has missed for centuries: the fascia is a single, unified organ - one interconnected, coordinated system!

Treatment

Most people live in a state of constant tension, sometimes   our body does not even  know what real relaxation is.

Welcome to Synergy Sessions BFR Method

How Biodynamic Fascia Reset (BFR) Was Born

My name is Janna, and I’m a licensed massage therapist and fascia practitioner based in Greenville, South Carolina.

For many years, I’ve offered soft, intuitive bodywork that honors the nervous system, connective tissue, and the emotional memory held within the body.

My journey has always been guided by one deep question: What helps the body truly let go of the tension —without force?

When I discovered the Biodynamic Fascia Modulation (BFM) method developed by Nadezhda Loskutova, something clicked. Her approach to rhythm, nervous system awareness, and fascia listening echoed so much of what I had felt intuitively for years.

Through dedicated study and hands-on exploration, I began integrating her insights with my own way of working. Over time, something new began to unfold—an approach rooted in biodynamics, but shaped by my clinical experience, spiritual connection, and the quiet healing I’ve witnessed in my clients.

That became the foundation of my method:  Biodynamic Fascia Reset (BFR).

BFR is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with your body’s natural ability to release tension, restore balance, and support healing. Using light, precise touch, it encourages the fascia — the body’s connective tissue — to soften, rehydrate, and move more freely. This creates space for better circulation, nerve function, and overall comfort.

Because it is so gentle, BFR is safe for all age groups — from newborns and children to adults and the elderly — and can be adapted for anyone’s needs.

About
My Story

Since I was a teenager my scoliosis was luckily only a minor annoyance, but as the years went by, it slowly became a constant discomfort in my back, a daily presence that limited my ease of movement and my overall well-being.

My search for relief led me to the BFM Center, founded by the amazing Nadezhda Loskutova in Russia. There, I immersed myself fully—not just as a student, but as a recipient of the method’s healing touch. For two weeks, I received daily treatments from the highly skilled specialists at the center, as well as from my fellow students. The experience was profound. It wasn’t just my back that began to change—it was my entire perception of how the body can heal when given the right conditions.

That experience changed my life!

When I returned to the United States, my curiosity only grew stronger. I began researching other approaches to fascia and the body’s natural healing abilities. My studies were deeply inspired by the work of Thomas Myers and his Anatomy Trains, Pierre Tricot and his Tissue Approach, Roman Vorontsov and his SamoRegulyatsiya system, and Claudio Stocco’s innovative techniques. Each of these teachers and systems offered unique perspectives, and I began weaving their wisdom into my own evolving practice.

From this combination of personal experience, study, and hands-on work with clients, I developed the Biodynamic Fascia Reset (BFR) Method — a gentle, light-touch technique designed to release fascial restrictions, restore natural movement, and support the body’s innate healing abilities. I have always been interested in the study of disease, illnesses and healing of the human body. I have a Bachelor of Science in Medical Epidemiology and Sanitary Health.

The Biodynamic Fascia Reset (BFR) Method is my passion now.

For years, I lived with constant back pain… until I discovered a gentle method that changed everything. Now I’m helping others find that same relief — no matter their age or condition.

Your diagnosis might be different, your pain might have a different name — but often, the root cause is the same. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist to bring the BFR Method into my Community, to help as many people as I can to improve the quality of their physical life.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel good in their body and everyone deserves good health.
